Cooks/Chefs

Full Time 30 Hours Part Time 16 Per Week - Including Weekends

We are looking for skilled Chefs/Cooks to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

An excellent Chef/Cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

 Working weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

 The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

Skills needed:

Experience of working in a busy kitchen.
Creative at making dishes but also able to work to specs.
Experience of cooking carvery is an advantage.
Knowledge of HACCP.
Able to manage multiple orders.
Professionalism and reliability
Remain calm under pressure.
Good time management
Level 2 basic food hygiene is an advantage.

Duties include:

The taking of deliveries.
Food preparation.
Producing specials.
Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and efficiently to a high standard.
Monitor portion size and waste.

Pub General Manager

Full Time 48 Hours a Week Including Weekends

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pub Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Skilled in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and overseeing daily operations. Committed to ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
  • Tracks customer behaviour and sales.
  • Maintains budget and monitors costs.
  • Oversees planning for special events.
  • Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
  • Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
  • Oversees staff, including, FoH and kitchen staff as well.
  • Hires, trains, promotes.
  • Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
  • Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
