Seasonal Front of House Assistant


(Part Time – 16 hours per week – including weekends)

Temporary 12 weeks

We are looking for a Front of House Assistant who has a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry.  This is a very hands-on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and results driven with good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment is essential.  A good working knowledge of till systems is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

You will need be fully flexible as this will involve weekend and bank holiday working.

Duties include:

Waiting tables
Taking customer orders
Serving food
Making hot drinks
Till operation
Clearing and cleaning duties
Adhering to company policies

Skills required:

Excellent customer service skills
Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Good communication skills
Professional and reliable
Remain calm under pressure
Fully flexible with days and hours worked to meet business needs

Sales Assistant

(Part Time –6.5 hours per week - including weekends)

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to work in this fast paced, exciting and very customer focused Centre. You will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude, plus a keen eye for detail.

This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.  The successful candidate should be physically fit as some heaving lifting may be required.  Previous retail experience is preferred.

Duties will include:

Pricing, displaying & merchandising stock
Replenishing stock
Till operation.
Customer service
Assisting customers with their purchases
General housekeeping
