Front of House Assistant
(Full Time – 38 hours per week – including weekends)
We are looking for a person with a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry. This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and results driven with good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment is essential. A good working knowledge of till systems is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
You will need be fully flexible as will involve weekend and bank holiday working.
Taking customer orders
Making hot drinks
Clearing and cleaning duties
Adhering to company policies
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Good communication skills
Professional and reliable
Remain calm under pressure
Fully flexible with days and hours worked to meet business needs
