Shop Supervisor

(Full Time – 32 hours per week - including weekends)

Temporary contract available until end of June

We are currently looking for a Shop Supervisor to work in our fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

Please note the successful candidate must be friendly, hardworking and fully flexible as you will be required to work weekends.  Previous retail experience essential to the role.

Duties will include:

Responsible for till operation and shop departments.
Quality customer service.
General daily housekeeping at the Centre.
Pricing, displaying & merchandising of a variety of products.
Supervise team members.
Support the Assistant Manager in team leadership and delegation of tasks.

Requirements of the role:

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Work well under pressure
Professionalism and reliability
Good time management
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate
