Restaurant Team Members
Part Time – 8 Hours – Per Week Including Weekends
Temporary Contract

As Restaurant Team Members, you will be the heart of our operations and ensuring customers have the best experience in store.

Skills required:
Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn.
Team player.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working in a similar role.
Must be fully flexible.
Duties will include:
To include all aspects of restaurant duties.
Serving customers.
Clearing tables.
Sweeping and mopping.
Washing up duties.
Making drinks.
Till operation.
Handling money.

Cook
Part Time Hours Per Week Fully Flexible - including Weekends.
British Garden Centres are looking for a Cook to bring your ideas and talents to our fast-growing company of over 60 Centres and growing. If you are looking for a role where you are given the opportunity to take pride in your work, where you can create your own ideas for specials and home baking, then we would love to hear from you.

Skills needed:
Experience of working in a busy kitchen
Creative at making dishes but also able to work to specs
Experience of cooking carvery is an advantage
Knowledge of HACCP
Able to manage multiple orders
Professionalism and reliability
Remain calm under pressure
Good time management
Level 2 basic food hygiene is an advantage
Duties include:
The taking of deliveries
Food preparation
Producing specials
Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and efficiently to a high standard
Monitor portion size and waste
