 We are looking for a confident enthusiastic individual to help make our magical Christmas events come alive for both children and adults alike!! This would be an ideal role for those who enjoy working with children and can help make their Christmas wishes come true.

Having experience in drama or playing Santa is desirable.

Santa Requirements:

 A warm enthusiastic personality

The ability to laugh in a jolly way -HO HO HO

Exceptional communication skills

Outstanding customer service

Have stage presence and showmanship

Attention to detail

Bonus points if you look like the man himself!

Garden Centre Team Leader

Full Time – 39 hours per week – Including weekends

At British Garden Centres, not only do we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, but we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional dining experience too.

As a Team Leader you will lead, inspire and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience.

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience

Skills required:

Excellent customer service
Supervisory experience for leisure/seasonal area
Able to work on one’s own initiative
Adhering to company policies
Work well under pressure
Good time management
Professionalism and reliability
Good knowledge of house plants

Duties will include:

Maintain plant area
Excellent customer service
Organising team schedules and any staff issues
Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed
Managing various department-specific initiatives and ensuring that these are completed within the scope, time and budget
Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service
Business compliance in accordance to Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.
