FAQ's - General

Q. What time do your garden centres open?

A. Please visit the centre's webpage for details as it varies from centre to centre. Find your local centre here.

Q. Do your centres have a late-night opening?

A. Selected centres have late-night openings at certain times of the year, check your local centre's page for up-to-date opening times.

Q. Do you have a play area?

A. Some of our garden centres have play areas. Some offer indoor soft play areas. You can find out more by visiting the centre's pages or searching for play areas on our find us page.

Q. What payment options do you accept?

A. We accept cash, card payments, and mobile (eg Apple Pay). We do not accept American Express.

Q. Do you accept American Express?

A. No, we do not accept this method of payment.

Q. What is the returns policy?

Q. How do I give feedback about my visit to your centre?

A. Please use the survey form here. We look forward to hearing from you.

Q. If I have left something in your garden centre or restaurant, what do I do?

A. Please get in touch with the centre, and they will be able to help you with your enquiry.

Q. Do you have baby-changing facilities?

A. Yes, all of our centres have baby-changing facilities.

Q. Do you allow dogs in your garden centres and restaurants?

A. Dogs are welcome in our garden centres and in designated seating areas in our restaurants.

Q. Do you offer blue light discount?

A. No, we do not currently offer any discount with the Blue Light Card.

Q. Do you offer student discount?

A. No, we do not currently offer any student discount.

Q. Do you have an online shop?

A. Yes, you can shop online here.

FAQ's - Delivery Service

Q. Do you offer a delivery service?

A. Yes we offer a delivery service from all of our garden centres. Delivery is arranged during your purchase in the centre.

Q. Do you offer a click-and-collect service?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time. Please get in touch with your centre for more information.

FAQ's - The Restaurant

Q. Do I need to book a table in the restaurant?

A. You do not need to book a table in our restaurants.

Q. Do your restaurants serve carvery and on what days?

A. Yes, some of our restaurants serve a carvery, please check the individual garden centres pages for more information.

Q. What time does the restaurant close?

A. Restaurants close 30 minutes before the garden centre.

Q. Are your restaurants dog-friendly?

A. Yes, our restaurants have designated dog-friendly areas.

FAQ's - The Family Card

Q. How do sign up to become a Family Card member?

A. To join the British Garden Centres Family Card and receive all the membership benefits simply pick up a card in the garden centre and register it online here

Q. What benefits do you get with The Family Card?

A. The Family Card offers registered users weekly offers, exclusive presale tickets, VIP events like Christmas openings with 20% OFF.

Q. I have lost my Family Card. How do I get a replacement?

A. To replace your British Garden Centres Family Card simply pick up a new card in the garden centre and let us know your details by filling in the online form

FAQ's - Car Parking and Coaches

Q. Do the garden centres have free car parks?

A. Most of our car parks are FREE. Some car parks have time restrictions for example a period of 3 hours of free parking and then a charge is applied. Please visit the centre's page for specific details.

Q. Do you have disabled parking?

A. Yes, our car parks all have ample parking for disabled access.

Q. Do you have electrical charge point for my car?

A. Charging points for electrical vehicles are coming soon to British Garden Centres car parks. Your local garden centre webpage will have more information as the charge points are installed.

Q. Do your garden centres accept coaches?

A. Yes, most of our centres accept coaches. Please check the individual garden centres pages for more information.

Q. Do you have access and provide help with motability scooters?

A. Our centres allow good access for mobility scooters and our teams are happy to help you in and out of your vehicle. There is also ample disabled parking close to entrances. Please ring the centre you plan to visit if you would like assistance with your scooter.

Q. Do your centres have wheelchairs available?

A. Yes they do. We recommend ringing in advance if you would like to use one in our centres.
