We have a great selection of summer bulbs and seeds in store that can be planted at home to bring colour and joy to flower borders or containers. We know that cut flowers are the typical go-to gift for Mother’s Day but why not get her a living plant that will last all summer?

Our selection of begonias, dahlias, lilies, gladioli, astrantia, cosmos and echinaceas can all be planted now in containers and will look great on a patio or front porch, giving your mum a vibrant display. Just remind her when planting that we are still getting some cold temperatures in the UK so keep in a sheltered spot for a few more weeks before the weather stays consistently warm.

We also have pre-planted pots of seasonal favourites for your mum at our local garden centres, guaranteed to give an instant lift when placed on a patio, front porch or balcony.
