Restaurant Front of House Supervisor

(Full Time Permanent)

This is a full time permanent position in our busy Garden Centre Restaurant.

We are looking for a person with a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry.

This is a very hands on role as such you will need to work to a very high standard and be proactive, highly motivated, organised and results driven with good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. 

Previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment is essential. 

A good working knowledge of till systems is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Carvery experience is desirable but not essential.

Skills required:

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Adhering to company policies 

You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and must be flexible during busy holiday periods. There are no evenings or split shifts.
