We are looking for a Cook with both a passion for creating excellent food and the organisational skills to be a vital part of a busy kitchen.
You must be enthusiastic and wish to pro-actively develop the growing business. This is a hands on role where team work and communication is vital.
As a cook you must be highly organised, results driven and
have excellent overall kitchen management competencies that include:
• Stock rotation and ordering
• Food Hygiene
• Menu planning
• Costing and maintaining the company food GP
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to our strict company policy
• Required: Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation, City & Guild 706 1&2
Baking skills are an advantage but not essential.
You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays, benefits from no split shifts or evening work required.
