General  Assistant

( Part time – 20 hours per week – including alternate weekends)

 We are currently looking for 2 x Shop Assistants to work in our fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.  Previous customer service experience is desirable but full training will be given as required.

 Please note that you will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Duties will include:

Pricing, displaying & merchandising of a variety of products.
Stock replenishment.
Helping customers with their purchases.
Quality customer service.
Till operation.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
General daily housekeeping.

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Work well under pressure
Professionalism and reliability
Good time management
Excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed
Able to work using own initiative

Warehouse/EPOS Supervisor

(Full Time – 40 hours per week – including alternate weekends)

Temporary Contract of 6 months available

We are currently looking for a Warehouse/EPOS Supervisor to work in this fast paced and very  customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.  Initially, this is a temporary contract of 6 months but may lead to a permanent role.

This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.  Full training will be provided where necessary.

Duties Include:

Booking in orders
Dealing with all aspects of EPOS system
Responsible for incoming deliveries
Receipting deliveries in on HHT
Pricing and sorting stock
Sanity checking deliveries on system
Ownership and filing of delivery notes
Manage paperless invoice system

Skills Required:

Experience of working in a stock management EPOS role ideally within a large retail environment with several stores.
The ability to work independently on tasks assigned to a high standard.
You will be analytical, a problem solver and have great investigative skills.
You will have a right first-time approach and a can-do attitude.
You will be computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel.
Experience of working with stock control databases would be advantageous.
