Restaurant Assistant
(Part Time – 6-12 hours per week – weekdays)
We are looking for Restaurant Assistants who have a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry. This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment and will be expected to help out in all areas of the Restaurant. Full training will be provided where necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
Till Operation
Cleaning tables
Taking customer orders
Washing up duties
Helping out in the kitchen
Making coffees
Serving customers
Skills required:
Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Work well under pressure
Professionalism and reliability
Good time management
Excellent customer service skills

Kitchen Manager
(Full Time – 42 hours per week - including weekends)
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager with both a passion for creating excellent food and the organisational skills to successfully run a busy kitchen. You must be enthusiastic and wish to proactively develop the growing business. This is a hands on role where team work and communication is vital as you will be in charge of a small team.
As Kitchen Manager you must be highly organised, results driven and have excellent overall kitchen management competencies.
You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays, but benefits from no split shifts or evening work.
Duties include:
Stock rotation and ordering
Managing the team
Duty Manager in Restaurant Manager’s absence
Food Hygiene
Menu planning
Costing and maintaining the company food GP
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to our strict company policy
Skills required:
Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene
Thorough understanding of allergens and food safety
Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of HACCP
Professionalism and reliability
Remain calm under pressure
Good time management
