Admin Assistant

(Part Time – 15 hours per week – no weekend work)

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to work part time in our fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

Duties will include:

Managing purchase orders
Checking invoices and statements
Liaising with suppliers and Head Office
General filing and office administration

Skills Required:

The ability to work independently on tasks assigned to a high standard
Excellent communication skills
Highly numerate
You will have a right first-time approach and a can-do attitude.
May be required to work on Shop Floor during busy periods

Sales Assistant

(Part time – 10 hours - Weekend work)

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to work part time over the weekend in our fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.  You should also be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting may be required. Experience in retail is desirable to the role as is good customer service, however, full training will be provided where necessary.

Please note that this role is for weekends only.

Duties will include:

Helping customers with their purchases.
Quality customer service.
General daily housekeeping at the Centre.
Pricing, displaying & merchandising of a variety of products.
