General Assistant

(Seasonal – Part Time – 10 hours per week includes weekends)

We are currently looking for seasonal General Assistants to join our large Garden Centre Group from March to August. As an integral part of the team you will work in all areas of the Centre.  The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role. Experience in retail is desirable to the role as is good customer service, however, full training will be provided where necessary.

Duties include:

Helping in all areas of the Centre
Stock pricing
Keeping areas tidy
Operating tills
Quality customer service
General housekeeping
Adhering to Company policies

Requirements of the role:

Be able to work weekends during busy periods
You will have a right first-time approach and a can-do attitude
Excellent customer care skills
