Restaurant Assistants

(Part Time – Minimum 8 hours per week - including weekends)

Temporary contract of 3 months available


We are looking for 3 x Restaurant Assistants who have a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry.  This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment and will be expected to help out in all areas of the Restaurant.  Hospitality, restaurant or retail experience preferred, however full training will be provided where necessary.

You will need to be fully flexible and able to work weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

Till Operation
Cleaning tables
Taking customer orders
Washing up duties
Helping out in the kitchen
Serving customers

Skills required:

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Work well under pressure
Professionalism and reliability
Good time management
Excellent customer service skills

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Full Time – 39 hours per week – including weekends

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with both a passion for creating excellent food and the organisational skills to successfully run a busy restaurant and kitchen. The successful candidate will be both a positive and creative individual, who has a passion and an ability for creating good food and promoting excellent customer service. You must be enthusiastic and wish to pro-actively develop the business. This is a hands-on role where teamwork and communication is vital.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you must be highly organised, results driven and have excellent overall front of house and kitchen management competencies.

Duties Include:

Manage team of staff
Staff Rotas
Stock rotation and ordering
Food Hygiene
Menu planning
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to our strict company policy
Maintain excellent standards of guest service.
Maintain and monitor the highest standards of hygiene and Health & Safety in accordance with all statutory, legal and company requirements.

Requirements of the Role:

Level 2 basic food hygiene
Thorough understanding of allergens and food safety
Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of HACCP
Experience using a computer, especially Microsoft Excel
Able to prioritise and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and reliability
Remains calm under pressure
Good time management
