The unique design and visual appeal of the Foxglove is second to none! A pure white variety, this delicate bloom loves a little bit of shade!

Cool white spire are wonderfully elegant.
Sow indoors 0.5cm (1/4") deep, in a tray of compost. Water well and place in a cold frame or unheated greenhouse or on a warm kitchen windowsill. Keep moist. Transplant individually when large enough to handle to 8cm (3") pots. (Hold seedlings by a leaf, never by the stem.) Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions before planting out 25cm (10") apart.
Sow outdoors in a seed bed, 0.5cm (1/4") deep into finely prepared soil which has already been watered. Seedlings usually appear in 21-35 days. Thin seedlings to 5cm (2") apart when large enough to handle, keep moist and weed free. Plant out to flowering position in autumn, allowing 25cm (10") between plants.
Ideal soil type: Well drained, fertile
Planting position: Part shade
Allow plants to shed their seeds to get further plants in subsequent years.

In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (smaller parcels) within 5-7 working days for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders are sent via a DPD Next Day service. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive a 1-hour delivery window via email or text.
Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimated, and are therefore subject to change.
Highlands delivery is available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
If standard items are ordered with larger items marked Pallet Delivery, the items will be combined with that delivery method.
Please note that plants are not despatched on Fridays.

Larger items, including garden furniture, will be delivered via the appropriate courier. We offer a courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email after placing your order advising which service will be used.
For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of your order, providing the courier is able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
If we have attempted to deliver on the pre-booked day but no one is at the delivery address, the following charges will apply:- Pallet deliveries - £60 per pallet.
For bulk compost orders and garden furniture, delivery will be made on pallets. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Orders for large deliveries to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further details.
