Garden Centre Team Members
Part Time 8 Hours Weekends
At British Garden Centres, not only do we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, but we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience too.
We are looking for part time Garden Centre Team Members, the roles will be working in the week and weekend.
You will be the heart of our operations and ensuring customers have the best experience in store.
You will need to be physically fit as some heavy lifting and moving is involved.

Skills required:
Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.

Duties will include:
Tills
Pricing, displaying & merchandising a variety of products.
Quality customer service.
General housekeeping.
Carry goods to customers car.
Working in the plant area.
Watering and caring for the plants.
Replenishing & maintaining stock.

Garden Centre Team Leader - Plants
Full Time – 35 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends
At British Garden Centres, not only do we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres, but we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional dining experience too.
As a Team Leader you will lead, inspire, and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience. This role is a combination of physically demanding work in all types of weather, assisting customers & maintaining the department.
Horticulture/Nursery experience is needed.

Maintain plant area.

Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
Business compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.

Warehouse Team Member
Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday
Every Other Weekend

We are looking for Warehouse Team Member where you will be the heart of our operations and ensuring customers have the best experience in store.
Forklift License Preferable.

Skills required:
Good communication skills and are able to work as part of a team and on your own by taking responsibility for working through your orders independently most of the time.
Computer Literature.
Make sure deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
Report any damaged items to your line manager.
Work well under pressure.
Professionalism and reliability.
Good time management.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
Able to work using own initiative.
Duties will include:
Placing orders.
Keeping stock files accurate.
Accepting and booking in deliveries.
Quality customer service.
Outdoor working.
Heavy lifting.
