About Braintree Garden Centre
Here at Braintree Garden Centre, we pride ourselves on offering you a first-class garden centre experience. The centre formally known as Cramphorns joined the family-owned British Garden Centre Group in 2019. We host everything you need whether you’re an avid gardener or just starting out. Our extensive range of plants will surely brighten up your garden space.  We even stock an extensive range of homeware, gifts, and so much more!
 Our Gardener’s Retreat Restaurant is the perfect place to rest whilst shopping, sit down and enjoy a tasty homemade meal or treat yourself to afternoon tea. The restaurant has a stunning outdoor space, perfect for those warm summer days.
We are dog-friendly, host coach parties and offer up to 3 hours free parking.

Gardeners' Retreat
Join us in our delightful restaurants and pick from various delicious main meals and sweet treats, including our amazing Afternoon Tea (pre-booking essential). Our delicious carvery is served every Wednesday and Sunday.
