Events Coordinator (Full Time)

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team at Brigg Garden Centre. The successful candidate will be working with the Brigg Garden Centre team to organise and manage different events, including Santas Grotto. Our most popular event is our Children’s Activity Week which happens numerous times a year.

Duties will include:

• Organising, planning and leading a full schedule of activities.

• Organising Charity Fundraising events.

• Liaising with Centre Managers to set up events.

• Maintain the Centres events calendars.

• Organising promotional material with the Marketing Team.

The successful candidate will be:

• Comfortable leading activities with groups of Children.

• Enthusiastic, confident and energetic.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and punctual.

• CRB/DBS checked.

• Experienced in a similar role.

This role has the potential to develop to running events in our 10 other centres in time.
Future events will be discussed during the interviews.

Elves Wanted

We are currently looking for Elves to help Santa at his Grotto here at Brigg Garden Centre. 

The Grotto Experience is designed to be a magical experience for children. As an Elf it is essential that you are of a cheery disposition and great with children. You will have superb customer service skills, will be responsible for handling money and be able to work under pressure. 

We have both fulltime and part-time positions available, to include weekends.

QUOTING ‘Elves’

Compost General Assistant

We are currently looking for a part time Seasonal Compost / General Assistant to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail. You will be required to lift bags of compost into customers cars. 

Please note that you will be required to work weekends.

Duties will include:

• Helping customers with their compost purchases

• Quality customer service.

• General Daily Housekeeping at the front of the Centre.
